
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor ( Academic), Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma, has commended the smooth-take off of the administration and conduct of 2022_1 Pen-On-Paper (POP) examination.
He disclosed this while monitoring the 2022_1 POP examination at Abakaliki Study Centre, Ebonyi State.
Uduma, while describing the centre director, Dr. Udu Aka Ama, as hard-working and dedicated, expressed satisfaction on the matured disposition of students for living above aboard, even as no irregularities were recorded.
Uduma, a聽son of the soil, also聽applauded the staff for their聽doggedness and team spirit in ensuring a seamless examination.
In a related development, the acting聽University Librarian, Associate Prof. Angela Ebele Okpala, who monitored the 2022_1聽 POP examination at Awgu Community Study Centre, described the exercise as peaceful.
The sitting arrangements, according to Okpala, were well-organised and spaced, even as she acknowledged the environment was friendly and conducive for academic engagement.
While聽acknowledging聽the presence of infrastructures at the centre, Okpala applauded the centre director, Dr.聽Oforbuike Nwachukwu, for his energetic, dynamic and proactive聽approach in聽attending聽to聽issues of exam.
On the part of staff, she said their team work was聽excellent, adding that the students observed the rules and regulations guiding the examination.
Earlier, Okpala had monitored 2022_1 POP examination at Abakaliki Study Centre, where she was taken round by the centre director, Dr. Udu Ama Aka and the centre’s staff for facility inspection and assessment.
Okpala commended the management of the centre for good sitting arrangements and orderliness of students, which culminated into hitch-free examination.
