Sports Complex

The Abdallah Uba Adamu Sports Complex of the ˮ���� of Nigeria (NOUN) is set for commissioning on October 23, 2024.

A memo dated October 18, 2024 and signed by the Chairman, NOUN Sports Committee, Prof. Nebath Tanglang, stated that the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, will be commissioning the complex.

“I write to inform you that the VC would be commissioning The Abdallah Uba Adamu Sports Complex of the ˮ���� of Nigeria on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 by 3:30pm at the Sports Complex playground,” Tanglang, who is the Director, Abuja Model Study Centre, said.

According to the memo, the programme of event goes thus:

1. Novelty football match from the rank of Deputy Directors, Directors, Readers and above, teaching and non-teaching staff.
2. Football match between NOUN Football Team and EFCC Football Team.
3. Cutting of tape for commissioning of Volley Ball, Basket Ball and Tennis Courts.

It added that“Interested participants are to be prepared to come with their playing kits (wears) including their canvas shoes.
