Professor of Broadcasting and former Head of Department, Mass Communication, 水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN), Chidinma Henrietta Onwubere, on Friday, June聽21, 2024, delivered copies of the newly released聽水果派Digest聽magazine聽to the Desk Officer, Faculty of Social Sciences at the centre, Mr. Henry Onyisi.
The presentation which was made in the presence of the Centre Director, Dr. Theresa Ucheoma Ettu,聽was on the sidelines of Onwubere’s exams monitoring tour of the聽centre.
She explained that聽水果派Digest聽is a magazine produced by 400-level Magazine and Newspaper Production students of the university.
She advised Onyisi to ensure that each of the students who registered for the course is given a copy of the publication, while remaining copies should be given to the Centre Director.
The Centre Director, Dr, Theresa Ettu, while receiving copies of the magazine from Onyisi, thanked Onwubere on behalf of the聽centre.
She then gave a copy to the South-South Regional Media Office and a copy to the聽office of the Centre Director.
Similarly, a copy of the publication was given to the Desk Officer, Faculty of Social Sciences while remaining copies were sent to the Centre Library.
It would be recalled that the Department of Mass Communication had earlier released a newspaper produced by its students.
