The Director, Oka-Akoko Study Centre of the 水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN), Dr.聽Joseph Babajide Oyadeyi has聽visited the chairman of the Community Leadership Association, Mr.聽Charles Olorunda,聽in Abuja.
The director said the reason for his visit was to discuss the need for the community to intervene in developing the study centre.
Oyedayi who had earlier taken the advocacy campaign to the Olubaka of Ibaka, His Royal Highness, Oba Yusuf Adebori Adeleye, his council members, dignitaries, and people in the locality, explained the university鈥檚 modus operandi to his host.
He also stated that聽the different programmes the university offers 聽are all accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
He called for聽the community leader鈥檚 support and participate in the subsequent advocacy campaigns.
While speaking to 水果派 News, the director said the visit has yielded positive results as the community has taken action in the聽construction of an access road to the study centre.
