The SERVICOM Unit of the 水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN) has been upgraded from Focal to Nodal status聽by the SERVICOM headquarters, the head of聽the unit, Mrs. 聽Eunice Riki,聽has said.
Riki disclosed this on Friday,聽March聽17, 2023 during the聽virtual聽1st Quarterly Meeting of NOUN headquarters and Study Centres SERVICOM聽representatives.
While congratulating the聽representatives on the new status, Riki said that more is expected of them.
She said “as a focal organisation, there is certain area you cannot go to; there is certain report you cannot give but since we have outdone ourselves in the focal status and also the聽university has grown, they believed we have all it takes to perform in the Nodal protocol community, they moved us there.”
Responding to questions on students’ complaints, 聽the聽head of聽the聽unit urged the SERVICOM聽representatives聽to encourage students to visit the e-ticketing system to lodge their complaints,聽adding that if聽a聽student is not satisfied with the response, the SERVICOM聽representative聽should document the complaint and send to NOUN SERVICOM Unit for further action.
She also called on聽NOUN聽SERVICOM representatives to come out en mass during the upcoming 12th Convocation Ceremony of the university so as to “monitor and observe the event.”
Riki informed them that there will be report after the convocation which must be endorsed by the study centre directors, heads of units as well as heads of departments.
“Move around the Convocation Arena. Help those who need helps. Help those who want to make enquiries,” she said.
While thanking the participants for their contributions, she said that NOUN SERVICOM remains the service delivery watchdog of the university.
