The Management of聽the 水果派 of Nigeria聽(NOUN)聽has resuscitated and reconstituted聽the聽board to manage and聽regulate聽the activities of聽the university鈥檚聽Staff School, located in聽Kaduna聽State.
Speaking to聽水果派 News聽in Kaduna shortly after the event, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor,聽Administration,聽Prof.聽Issac Sammani Rabo Butswat,聽who was made the Chairman of the board,聽stated that the board was in existence years back but was dormant.
He said聽the聽management of the university has now聽resuscitated and reconstituted聽the board.
The聽chairman added that efforts聽made by the management to resuscitate and reconstitute the board聽was for the betterment of the school, the teachers, staff, the parents and the host community as聽a聽whole.
Butswat explained聽that the school will benefit from the project because a lot of critical decisions have been tabled and decisions were made upon them.
鈥淭here聽were exchange of ideas and聽we聽have started thinking of establishing a Junior Secondary School (JSS 1-3) specifically from the next academic session. There were very productive interactions,”聽the DVC聽added.
According to聽him,聽on the issue of school fees,聽a聽number聽parents have been cooperating and many more have promised to pay and the聽board聽had聽already聽designed a聽criteria聽to encourage the payment of聽the聽fees.
