The Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria has conferred a Fellowship Award on Dr. Madu Baba Galadima, Director, Bauchi Study Centre of the 水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN) in recognition of his exemplary leadership and significant contributions to education and ICT development in Nigeria.
The fellowship was presented on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Destination Hotel, Bauchi, during the Institute鈥檚 2025 Fourth Quarter Regional Conference with the theme 鈥淎dvancing Organisational Productivity through Leadership 4.0 Principles.鈥
According to the Institute, the award鈥攁pproved by its Governing Council鈥攁cknowledges Dr. Galadima鈥檚 competence in administrative functions, effective leadership strategies, and outstanding performance as an administrator within the education sector.
In his acceptance remarks, Dr. Galadima expressed appreciation to the Institute for the honour and dedicated the fellowship to the management, staff, and students of the 水果派 of Nigeria, noting that collective effort remains central to institutional success.
He further reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening administrative efficiency, promoting productivity, and upholding high ethical standards in the administration of the 水果派 of Nigeria.
