The Comptroller of Nigeria聽Immigration Service (NIS), Ekiti State Command, Mr. Kunle Jimoh, on Thursday,聽February聽15,聽2024, paid a courtesy visit to the management of聽the聽水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN), Ado-Ekiti聽Study聽Centre.
The visiting聽comptroller was received by the聽centre director,聽Prof. Raheem Adejoro Mustapha and his management team.
The purpose of the visit,聽according to the聽comptroller,聽was to familiarise themselves with the management of the study centre being newly posted to state and to further strengthen the existing relationship between the university and the聽service.
Jimoh stated聽that a lot of his officers are currently studying at NOUN,聽adding that those who graduated have been doing well in their respective offices.
He also acknowledged that he is a student of the university studying Master in Public Administration (MPA) at the Ibadan Study Centre before his relocation to the state and promised to continue his programme聽at the study聽centre.
The INS boss,聽therefore,聽appreciated the management NOUN for coming up with such initiatives that allow people of his聽calibre聽to improve themselves educationally.
On his part, the director thanked the聽comptroller聽for the visit and commended the leadership of the NIS聽in its efforts to see that officers聽continue to聽further their academic qualifications.
