The Director, Dutse Study Centre, Dr. Ahmad Tanimu Mahmud
Director, Dutse Study Centre of the 水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN) Dr. Ahmed Tanimu Mahmoud, was conferred with the title of Fellow by the Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Association of Practitioners (NASA).
The honour was bestowed on him during the association鈥檚 30th Annual Conference held at the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano.
Dr. Mahmoud is a distinguished scholar from the Department of Criminology and Security Studies of the university.
The honour recognises Dr. Mahmoud鈥檚 outstanding contributions and expertise in areas such as child soldiers, violent crimes, gang behaviour, police science, intelligence gathering, and arms trafficking.
Reacting to the development, the Dutse Centre director said his recognition has further underscored NOUN鈥檚 growing reputation for excellence in research, scholarship, and national development.
