The聽Director, Africa Centre of Excellence聽on聽Technology Enhanced聽Learning (ACETEL),聽水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN), Prof. Grace E. Jokthan,聽on Thursday, November 16, 2023,聽monitored the conduct of the ongoing 2023_2 Pen-on-Paper聽(POP)聽examination at聽the聽Yola Study聽Centre, Adamawa聽State.
She was received by the聽Ag director of the聽centre,聽Mr. Olumide Aladuge, after which聽Jokthan聽observed聽the ongoing聽examination, which was聽hitch-free and well conducted at the聽centre.
The ACETEL director聽commended聽 the聽study聽centre for its gender sensitive as she聽observed a nursing mother whose baby was crying and the management聽of the聽centre in their magnanimity brought the baby to the mother for breastfeeding.
She said this gesture by聽the聽centre will serve as an encouragement to other nursing mothers聽to join the university聽especially聽in聽an聽environment where education is not robust for women.
