
Ogori centre
The聽Unit聽Commander of the Federal Road Safety聽Corps (FRSC), Ogori Magongo聽Command ACC. Ede Eze,聽along with his entourage, has paid聽a courtesy visit to the Community Study Centre Ogori, of the 水果派 of Nigeria (NOUN).
The commander and his team, who visited the centre聽on Friday, September聽9,聽2022,聽were received by the聽centre聽director,聽Dr. Caroline Aturu-Aghedo and other staff of the centre.
In her welcome address, the聽visibly excited聽director enlightened them聽about聽the聽Open and聽Distance聽Learning聽(ODL)聽mode of learning which the university operates.
She explained to them the beauty of studying with NOUN and its flexibility聽nature, discussing also聽the benefits聽of studying at a distance at聽one鈥檚聽convenience anywhere and at聽his/her聽pace.
Eze,聽in his response,聽expressed his appreciation to the director for the warm reception granted to聽them, saying聽that聽he was highly impressed by the structure and facilities at the聽centre.
He promised to partner with聽the聽Ogori聽centre by encouraging his staff members to enrol as well as organise training for staff and students of the centre on how to effectively use roads to ensure safety.
The commander,聽however, encouraged staff of the centre to also participate in the Special Marshal programme which he said would be starting soon.
