As part of his efforts in ensuring adequate security within the community,聽the new Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Odo-Ado Police聽Station in Ado-Ekiti, SP Mustapha M. Musa,聽has paid a courtesy visit to the聽Director, Ado-Ekiti Study Centre of the聽水果派 of Nigeria, (NOUN),聽Prof. Mustapha Adejoro Raheem.
The familiarisation visit,聽which took place on Monday聽June聽6,聽2022,
was聽aimed at聽establishing聽a working relationship with people in the area and the centre to promote a high-level of security in the neighbourhood.
鈥淭he courtesy call is partly for familiarisation visit with the study centre, as I am newly posted to the division鈥 the DPO stated.
Musa聽further revealed that he would like to find ways by which all stakeholders could work together with him for the safety of lives and properties in the neighbourhood, especially at this time when insecurity is on the increase.
While聽welcoming聽the DPO,聽Prof.聽Adejoro appreciated the team and promised that the centre is willing to cooperate within its capacity and with other stakeholders to achieve the common goals.
Meanwhile,聽the director聽alongside the visiting聽officers toured round the premises before聽seeing off his guests.
