The聽Management of聽聽Asaga-Ohafia Community Study Centre of the 水果派 of Nigeria聽(NOUN), has held a聽1-day orientation exercise for both the old and new students at the centre聽in聽Abia State.
The exercise, according to the centre director, Dr.聽Nkata U. Kalu, was meant to inform students about the operation聽of聽NOUN as an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) institution, whose philosophy is anchored on flexibility, affordability and cost-effectiveness,聽among others.
Nkata, while explaining the university’s expectations on the part of students during the forthcoming examination scheduled to kick-start on Tuesday,聽October聽25, 2022, also admonished them to shun acts capable of putting the university into disrepute.
He enjoined them to be good ambassadors of the institution as well as the need of taking their studies seriously聽by focusing on聽getting聽excellent results.
